Black and White Sunday

Yesterday it was quite warm outside. We were astonished. (It was 58 degrees Fahrenheit or 14.5 degrees Celsius, if we understood the conversion correctly. Did you know that Celsius is named after Anders Celsius, a Swedish astronomer who devised the Celsius temperature scale? He was born in 1701. Zero degrees represents the ice point and 100 degrees represents the steam point).

What a digression! We were overjoyed, and took our hour-long walk to enjoy and explore the neighborhood. Mom was able to capture our more sensitive sides, above. We were sensing something in the air, trying to capture the essence of….um…er…. je ne sais quoi.  (I don’t know what).

There it was, that frightening tree again, this time creating captives inside that house. Who would dare go near that window? We had to contemplate, really, what was there to do?

I suppose the rest will speak for itself. The doggie rear ends ….one was mine, yes, Olivia-Scout-Snout-Petite Saucisson Cramer’s very own butt! (You know me as Livvie).
