Sepia Saturday: Colorado Cousins

Its Sepia Saturday again, and the Sepia mischief has spread to my Colorado cousins. My little cousin Leilani is a fierce guardian of her family’s house, even though she only weighs seven pounds. Here we see her at her post.

Leilani feels that she must be proactive.

Poor thing! Even as she increases her hypervigilance, the Sepia World begins its advance. I’m pretty sure that all the deer tromping by have some sort of connection to the Sepia World. They maintain their sepia-ness even on other days of the week.

There she is at her post, turning sepia.

Her sister Puka is starting to turn as well. Helllppp!

Puka is sepia too?!

Puka is sepia too?!

Oh no! They’ve been sucked into the Colorado Cascade ravine. There they gooooo….I have to say that I am glad it isn’t me, Livvie, going through the Sepia Wormhole.

I don’t want them to be captured by the Ravine Sepia Sprites.

Still I must think of something to get them to get them out of there.

How will they ever emerge?

How will they ever emerge?

Oh! Oh! Listen! I think I hear something. Yess! Leilani has prevailed. Yay! They are free and trotting home. Our little cousins are safe!  One more narrow escape from Sepia Land.

Phew! Thanks Livvie!

I'm Leilani and I'm fierce!
