This is Andrew, a precious five year old shih tzu. He was a recent owner surrender. His people had not been taking care of him. This even-tempered, super friendly boy had some eye problems, and they were not attended to. One of his eyes partially ruptured, and when he came to Sean Casey, the vet had to remove it. Now he is much more comfortable. He needs to have drops put in his other eye daily.
Andrew loves walks, people, dogs, and has the best disposition. He has a little cute chin hair that underlines his charm.
Doesn’t he deserve the best?
