Pavonia is a strong, friendly little character! She is beautiful, active and gives full meaning to the word terrier!  She loves to play with toys and with her human, and will keep you entertained for hours.  See her Intake story here.

Pavonia needs a terrier-savvy person who is able to teach her and set limits. Once she learns something, she is amazingly good at it. She is a cuddler, trained and walks well on a leash. I’m full of energy even though I’m no spring chicken!

This special girl has a way of talking/grumbling. According to her foster mom, “she makes grumbly, frizzle-frazzle, oh-my sounds. In the morning she rolls over by way of her head”. This makes her foster mom laugh. She will also hang out with you, going from room to room to supervise your tasks!  She sounds like the ultimate Cairn, and is being fostered in Milford, Connecticut. Don’t worry if you are not nearby. The wonderful Col. Potter Cairn Rescue Group will transport her to you!
