Blog Paws: New Friends

Hello everyone! Blog Paws 2014 in Nevada is breath-taking. The people are astounding and the dogs, cats, ferrets, and a capybara are loving and playful (for the most part). So many new friends! If you have never attended Blog Paws, you must think of attending next year. It will be in Nashville! If you register now, it will be half-price. You will have the time of your life and meet the friendliest, most interesting people. Imagine spending 3.5 days doing nothing but relating to other people and animals and kibitzing  about  your favorite topic! There is a warmth you will feel that you will carry you for the next year. Lets not forget the knowledge you will gain.

I was thrilled to walk into the first event and see Roxy from Roxy the Traveling Dog. She is much smaller than one would guess from her photos. She is the biggest sweetheart, and her parents are lovely, and so talented. Go visit their blog, and consider looking at their amazing art work.

This was the evening as the sun was going down. Henderson, Nevada.

Today I met a Capybara named Mia. These are animals that should be in warm weather and have access to swimming pools. Some are friendly, and some are not. Mia will be tripling in size, to 120 pounds! She is six months old. You can learn more about capybaras by going to KenTheBugGuy.
