Where do I begin?
It’s Monday Mischief and how do we even begin? There is so much mischief in our house since Twinkle came home, that it really is hard to pick one mischievous incident! Maybe we should switch the focus, and show a little mischief from my brother Kes. That’s him on the right, looking slightly doofy. He’s so sweet though!

He may look sweet and unassuming, but you haven’t seen him around birds. His fierceness comes out, and everyone is reminded that he has a high prey drive. We took a little routine trip to the vet the other day, and they have some birds there in the waiting room. (In a cage) Kes expressed more than a little interest in them.

At one point he had his tongue out, and then, it happened. He put his nose near the bird, and the bird touched his nose with his beak. We couldn’t get that on camera, but this is a few seconds before.

The picture that is missing is the one where Kes makes contact! Then all hell breaks loose. Kes gets very excited and has to be escorted from the area! The bird is OK, and still curious about Kes. This is one brave bird.
For everyone around, it was mischief with a capital M.
